"I have always found the parts I've needed to be in stock at this store. Last Friday I needed an air filter and mount. They offered to take it off a vehicle they had on there showroom for me. All he needed to do was order a new one for the bike in the store - Now that's what I call good customer service. the 'manager' was more than happy to stop what he was doing and get invovled and take care of my situation. We know a lot of people who ride at Superstition etc, they will hear about this experience. "Took my motorcycle in to get repaired and both times had a great experience. First time was when I was hit by a car and needed to take my yamaha R6 in for some repairs. The gentleman that assisted me was more than patient with me and helped me out with everything that I needed to have done. Saved my bike.
Months later after that, I needed to get my rear tire replaced ASAP. They were kind enough to stay open a little after closing hours so that I could drop off my bike to them. They may be a little busy which prevents them from getting it done super quick, but they give a great customer experience. With a little push, they can get it done for you on schedule though. I will be sure to go back to them whenever I need something major that I can't do myself.
They've treated my mom and pops quite well with their customer service as well. They both own their own cruiser bikes."

"I purchased a 2007 YZF-R1, this is by far the best bike I have ever owned and I was treated like a VIP by all the staff at IVCC! Also, I had my first service scheduled at 9am, I was there at 8:45am, waiting for the dealership to open. When the doors opened they greeted me with a smile and a warm cup of coffee! I have absolutely every intention to do buisness with this fantastic dealership again."

"I would just like to say thank you to Brian Havens for taking the extra effort to sell me my 2002 KX250 that I bought new from him on 3-11-04 he was Instrumental in making it happen. he had it sent to Beaumont Kawasaki where I was able to pick it up, (as I live in Orange County).This has been a great bike over the last few years I have had almost no problems with it, if you call a cracked plastic fork guard a problem,I don't. I have raced it for 2 years in district 37 enduros and allways had great rides.
